The capacity of the high-voltage battery is continuously calculated by the vehicle's Battery Management System and can be retrieved at any time without special preparation. Factors such as temperature, charging behaviour and driving style may influence the accuracy of the calculation. Preparing the high-voltage battery under defined conditions can help achieve the most accurate result possible.
HV Battery Warranty

Warranty Protection for Your Porsche
HV Battery Warranty
Every all-electric Porsche is delivered with a worldwide warranty covering the high-voltage battery against defects in materials and workmanship for 8 years or up to 100,000 miles, whichever occurs first.¹ We also guarantee the remaining capacity of the high-voltage battery: up to 3 years or 37,000 miles, at least 80% of the original net battery capacity is guaranteed. Thereafter, a minimum remaining capacity of 70% is guaranteed until the end of the high-voltage battery warranty period.
Porsche Approved Warranty (optional)
Even after the battery warranty expires, you can continue to benefit from additional protection. With the Porsche Approved Warranty, you can extend coverage for your vehicle's battery beyond the original 8-year warranty period. For more information, use the link below or contact your Porsche Centre.
¹Whichever occurs first.
As the battery installed in the vehicle ages, its usable energy content gradually decreases. This may result in reduced driving range and longer charging times. The technical data shown here relates specifically to this vehicle. Values published for new vehicles may therefore differ.
